Performance Improvement Training

Starting Thursday May 20th at 7pm (in accordance with England Athletics COVID safe guidance) and every Thursday (so it doesn’t clash with Wednesdays more social runs) Henfield Joggers will be running Performance Training sessions (please don’t be put off by the name! These are for everyone no matter your speed or experience!).
The training sessions will be run by John Stoddart and will focus on improving your running speed and efficiency through structured drills, intervals and workouts.
Each Thursday session will last around 45 minutes. For the summer we will be rotating locations around Henfield for some fun but hard structured running workouts.
Again, EVERYONE is welcome, and John will adjust the workout accordingly so everyone progresses.
