Performance Improvement Training
9 December 2021 @ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The training session will be run by John Stoddart and will focus on improving your running speed and efficiency through structured drills, intervals and workouts.
Each Thursday session will last around 45 minutes and John will rotate locations around Henfield for some fun but hard structured running workouts.
Again, EVERYONE is welcome, and John will adjust the workout accordingly so everyone progresses.
