Weekly Club Run

We meet outside the reception area at Henfield Leisure Centre every Wednesday for 7pm to anyone who wants to come along for the first time.

Expect around 5 or 6 miles at an easy pace (we call it ‘running at the speed of chat’) with shortcut options, and front & tail runners so that noone gets lost, whatever your pace. If we have large variations in pace we will simply split into multiple groups so that the pace is right for EVERYBODY! This is about being social and having fun more than ‘training’!
