This important Club programme refers to our primary Summer training activities of running and
drinking sorry just running!
On many Wednesdays during the Summer months between April and September we meet at 7pm at a designated pub (as outlined below). We then follow a cross-country run, which has a full 5 mile(ish) course but also always contains a shorter 3-4 mile return option, allowing everyone to come and have fun, always with tail runners who ensure noone gets left behind, making it suitable for everyone. The courses explore various areas of the beautiful Sussex countryside which we frequently only share with horses, cattle, deer and the occasional badger! The route is always circular, returning to the pub in question for refreshments and usually some well-earned pub grub.
