Saturday Morning 13th December

It’s forecast to be a sunny day on Saturday, fingers crossed, so it would be a pity not to do the ‘big hill’ aka Truleigh wouldn’t it, or would it? Anyway this is the slightly easier route, following the contours above Golding Barn. We can also follow the Downs Link, rather than the river bank, after Stretham Bridge, if we want to ensure we keep our feet dry until we get up on the Downs. No more than 14 miles in terms of distance, depending on route. Photo’s from the run can be found in the gallery here:

Fabulous morning – not as cold as we thought it might have been, so ‘shites on or off’ was the question – for me it was ‘shites on’ (shites = shorts over tights, for the uninitiated!). Photos in the gallery here: http://www.henfieldjoggers.co.uk/gallery/?album=all&gallery=28

Lovely run although my legs were feeling it towards the end!! I love the photos especially where the back of Baileys head has been captured watching me struggle up the hill!!!

I tried to get him and you in shot at the same time as he was staring and waiting for you!!!! Couldn’t get you both in focus though 🙁
