Monthly Handicap and Club Night

Its a big HELLO to 2014 and lets work off some of that Christmas over-indulgence with our first meeting of the year! Meet as usual at Henfield Leisure Centre at 7pm. Run the Handicap (3.5 miles around the streets of Henfield) or your usual route, then afterwards meet up at The Bell for food from 8.30pm
They will whip us up another tasty dinner, with a veggie option for those that want and like last time, the cost will be a mere £3.50 – £5.00, depending on how many of you come.
In order for the Bell to provide food at such an incredible price, they will need to know numbers beforehand and I would like to get this info over to them – so please let us know asap, on one of the following.
