Nobody seems keen on a particularly long run this Saturday and some of us are still recovering from man flu, so I suggest this version of the Lock Farm route, using the dotted line along the Downs Link [the alternative was devised before the resurfacing north of Betley Bridge]. It’s only about 10.5 miles and inevitably contains some road [to avoid the mud] and some mud [to avoid the road]!
