Worthing Lido 4 Mile – Fun Run

Under Pauls 2014 ‘Grading’ scheme this is Grade 1 – Totally Flat! In fact it doesn’t come much flatter than this! Usually a glorious day and for many the very first race of the year – for others a really good ‘first race’.

Course
The course is a flat out and back 4 miles heading West along Worthing promenade. A small portion of the course is run on grass.

Parking
On street parking is very limited close to the start the area, we recommend using the towns multi-story car parks (the easiest is directly across the road above the bowling alley and M&S), or the roads approx 800m to the West of the start location.

Bag Storage
Adjacent to the race office is temporary storage for participants belongings during the race. Please note that space is limited and we cannot accept any responsibility for items left.

Refreshments
Available in the Lido adjacent to the Start/Finish.

Worthing promenade, outside the Lido.
