What can we say! Its our very own race, starting from the Leisure

Centre and down to the banks of the Adur via the Downslink, and back on a pretty flat and fast course of varied scenery, and are there REALLY seven stiles? Most of us will be organising, marshalling and generally helping out, so not that many HJ runners have actually completed this race!

Henfield Joggers only, it’s £2 if you book in advance, but as I will be on holiday for 2 weeks beforehand please do NOT contact me about this, book in directly with Gayle at:  sevenstiles@henfieldjoggers.co.uk as she is the Race Secretary. That’s if you’re not marshalling, of course, in which case you should contact Hugh or Mark
