West Sussex Fun Run League – Foxtrot Five – CANCELLED!!!!!

Rearranged from earlier in the year! Definitely the FINAL fun run of 2015, so fill yer boots!!!

The course is approximately 5 miles, run along the banks of the River Adur. Flat, multi-terrain including some gates/stiles. No dogs please. The start will be on the east side of the river about a 10 minute walk from race HQ.

PLEASE ALLOW TIME TO GET TO THE START.

Car parking can be difficult at the Outdoor Activities centre, parking in Shoreham near Ropetackle Walk may be better, but allow time to et to the start

There is also a Junior run of approximately 1 mile at 10:15 a.m. on the recreation ground adjacent to the HQ
