Eastbourne Half Marathon – Grand Prix

The Eastbourne Half Marathon is planned to be even bigger and better than previous years. Following the huge success of 2014 they are hoping to attract over 2000 entrants. It is very much a community event and is most definitely aimed at runners of all abilities. The organisers are just as excited at seeing the last person finish as they are the first.

Also new for this year are more bands and entertainment along the route offering encouragement and of course ‘pacers’ to help you achieve your set goal or PB.

The ethos behind the Eastbourne Half Marathon is to raise money for charities and local good causes. Over the years they have given directly to charity over £110,000 and much, much more has been raised for entrants’ own personal charities.
