DESCRIPTION:WSFRL 2013 Fixture 15 \nWhat can we say! Its our very own race\, starting from the Leisure \nSeven Stiles\nCentre and down to the banks of the Adur via the Downslink\, and back on a pretty flat and fast course of varied scenery\, and are there REALLY seven stiles? Most of us will be organising\, marshalling and generally helping out\, so not that many HJ runners have actually completed this race! \nHenfield Joggers only\, it’s £2 if you book in advance\, but as I will be on holiday for 2 weeks beforehand please do NOT contact me about this\, book in directly with Gayle at:  sevenstiles@henfieldjoggers.co.uk as she is the Race Secretary. DESCRIPTION:WSFRL 2013 Fixture 2 \n\n\nDistance\nSenior race 4 Miles \nStart Time\nSenior Race 10.30am \nCourse\nThe course is a flat out and back 4 miles heading West along Worthing promenade. A small portion of the course is run on grass. \nParking\nOn street parking is very limited close to the start the area\, we recommend using the towns multi-story car parks\, or the roads approx 800m to the West of the start location. \nBag Storage\nAdjacent to the race office is temporary storage for participants belongings during the race. Please note that space is limited and we cannot accept any responsibility for items left. \nRefreshments\nAvailable in the Lido adjacent to the Start/Finish. \nStart Location\nWorthing promenade\, outside the Lido.
